The App allows creation of multiple learning profiles under a single account, enabling family members to track individual progress separately.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free content and premium subscription features. Free users have access to limited activities, while premium subscribers unlock the full curriculum.
4.2 Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service and payment terms.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.4 Refunds

The Quranic text and recitations are presented with utmost respect and care. We do not claim ownership of the sacred text of the Quran.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Read Quran operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
